00Hello
I’m a product manager who builds what I spec.
22, ISB PGP ’27. Before this I shipped health-tech at Visit Health and started Nest and Fitin Club. On the side I build with AI.

01How I got here
I studied economics, started an incubator from zero, built companies, shipped health-tech at Visit Health, and now I’m at ISB, still building.

02The journey
Builder by habit, in five stops.
The story in order: what I did, what happened, what it led to. Tap a pin, or press next.
Delhi UniversityI studied economics. I built on the side.
Business Economics at Delhi University. A student team I was part of won the Enactus nationals and represented India at the Enactus World Cup. On the side I tried my hand at everything across startups, including Oopar Club, Green Hermitage and Favcy Venture Builders.

2070 Health from Eshan’s POV
How W Health and 2070 build companies, where the flywheel might leak, and where I’d place my bets in Indian health and AI.
In my opinion, venture studios stand somewhere between an incubator and a venture capital firm, saving the time and cost that go into idea validation and setting up the base infrastructure with a custom-made stack (which their incubated companies can use from day one). While in a normal sector, a wrong idea costs a few months of effort in code, in healthcare, it costs a…

Building Cashless Physiotherapy06Questions
Before you ask…
What do you do as a PM?
I take a vague problem to a shipped product. At Visit Health that meant scoping with every department, running design, speccing four engineering pods and onboarding partners for cashless physiotherapy.
What have you built with AI?
Cutroom, a podcast editor that runs on your own computer. gutcheck, a Claude Code skill that checks ideas. ISB Academics for my cohort. Reccos, in a weekend. And this site.
Why ISB?
It felt like the natural next step. I wanted a more structured way to keep learning, and a chance to meet people from very different fields and backgrounds, which speeds up the journey.
What are you looking for next?
After ISB, I want to build something for a much larger consumer audience. Until then, product roles where I keep building.
What do you do outside work?
Podcasts, books, songs, trips, basketball and any sport going, plus board games and movie marathons. It’s all on the pinboard on the home page.
